Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any defects, shortages or errors must be reported to Signsfy within 5 days of receipt of your order, or the order will be considered complete. To speak with a sales representative, call 1-866-708-5656 or 1-305-715-0017.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

A RMA number is required before returning any item. When requesting one, please have your packing slip, invoice number and purchase date available. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Packages received without a current RMA number, or with an expired authorization, will be refused.

Non-returnable items

  • Consumable products, books, videos, software, clip art and CDs.
  • Special order items, including vinyl.

Print heads

Print heads carry no warranty. A six-month warranty may be purchased at 15% over the unit price. Replacements are only issued after the manufacturer evaluates the unit and confirms there is no damage caused by unauthorized inks or electrical surges.

Return fees & conditions

  • Returns not resulting from our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in like-new condition, with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards included.
  • We recommend shipping returns via a traceable method, insured for the full value.
  • COD shipments are not accepted.
  • Original shipping and return charges are non-refundable.
