Return Policy

If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, please call 1-866-708-5656 or 1-305-715-0017 and speak with your sales representative. You must inform us about any defects, shortages or other errors WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of your order or the order will be considered complete. You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. When calling for a RMA number please furnish the packing slip information, invoice number and date of original purchase.
RMA’s are valid for 10 days from issuance. Items received with an expired RMA number will be refused.
ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT A CURRENT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

“Consumable” items along with books, videos, software, clip art and CD’s cannot be returned.

Special order items (including vinyl) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

No warranty is given for print heads. Print heads cannot be returned unless the customer has purchased a six months warranty which has a cost of 15% over the unit price. Print heads under guarantee will only be replaced after the print head manufacturer evaluates the print head and confirms that there was no defect caused by unauthorized inks, electrical surges, etc.

All returns not due to our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging in “like new” condition, with all accessories, cables, manuals and warranty cards, etc, included. We suggest using UPS, FedEx or another traceable method with insurance for the full value in case of loss or damage for your protection. We cannot accept COD shipments.
